LogMeIn Rescue is a simple online access tool that allows a NWSS Service Technician with your permission to access your computer through a high speed broadband connection (required), diagnose your problem and fix it. To use this service your Equipment/Software must be purchased from Northwest Sign Supply.
We partner with you to provide equipment, materials and the service you need to get your product out the door and on time.

It’s simple, we service who we sell to! After all, were partners!
If you are averaging $1000 a month in supply sales from Northwest Sign Supply then you already qualify for all the benefits of the Partner Service Program.

Partner Service Program benefits for equipment and software purchased from NWSS:
• Priority call routing for technical questions
• Free software and equipment phone support
• Service technician access to your computer through a High Speed Broadband connection (required)
• If on-site repairs are needed, we dispatch a service technician to make the repairs.

Travel & Labor: $150 hour
Overnight Stay: $350 night
Airfare: Actual Expense
For our valued customers who do not qualify for the Partner Service Program, phone and login support will continue to be available for a fee of $75 per incident subject to service technician availability.
